Winner of this auction gets a Epiphone Electric Guitar, Model Les Paul Classic plus Gibson Case, there are a few minor dings on the box and guitar but other than a few flaws the guitar looks great, included is the cord seen in one of the photos, this guitar may need a bit of a tune up, good luck and thank you for your interest in our auction

We will ship your Item as fast as possible.  Usual shipping timeframe is 24-72hrs after payment received.   We can make special arrangements for those in need of immediate shipping, please inquire.

No Shipping Outside the continental USA, unless previously authorized, additional charges applied. We Ship all of our large packages via UPS, All items that can fit into a Flat Rate Priority Box we will use USPS. This is the only way to insure, and track with little effort.  We the seller Solely reserves the right to choose the Carrier to insure the safest/budget friendly way that is in the best interest of the buyer.  We offer Combined Shipping on all of our products if items are WON within 48hrs of each-other!  IF buyer wants Seller to hold product to have take advantage of combined S/H beyond 48hrs please notify Seller first to insure items are held. 
All Freight Claims must be settled with Freight Carrier before issuing refunds.

RETURN POLICY

In order to return a product, the customer must contact us within 5 Days from the date of receiving the item. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
If you have any Questions about needing to return an item, please contact us via eBay email.  Be sure to include the item # and a description of the problem.
No Credits/Exchange will be given until we have the Original Product returned to us  and a visual inspection is done to insure we received the exact goods we shipped outs.
When Applicable, We will send a Replacement instead of issuing a Credit.
It is up to the Customer to Pay Freight on Returns as stated in eBay and Paypal return policy.  We will cover freight if the return is a result of our error.
